When will my order arrive? All orders are sent via next-day recorded delivery. Place your order before 2pm and it'll be with you the following day.
How long do the cakes last? Our cakes stay fresh for 4–5 days when kept refrigerated. We recommend taking them out 30 minutes before eating for the best experience.
What are the allergens? Allergen information is listed on each individual product page. Please check before ordering if you have any dietary requirements.
Can I send to someone as a gift? Absolutely — that's what we're here for. Just enter the recipient's address at checkout.
What if my order arrives damaged? We take great care in packaging every order, but if something arrives in less than perfect condition please get in touch at chefdelamaison@gmail.com with a photo and we'll make it right.
Can I send to multiple people? Yes of course — add all the cakes you want to send, then select "Send to Multiple Addresses" at the cart. Pop in your different addresses, add a personal message for each delivery, and head to checkout to pay in one go.
